He is survived by: his children, Andrea Perniciaro-Vaughan (Kurtis), Leon Perniciaro III (Stephanie) and Maria Perniciaro; his granddaughter Petra Perniciaro; his siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Perniciaro, Noel Perniciaro, Gary Perniciaro (Gaynelle) and Elaine Perniciaro Hodges (Jim); and his grandson Colby Hardee.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sicilian Room at Rocky and Carlo's Restaurant (613 W St Bernard Hwy, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the same location.
