She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Luis Turner; her parents, Angela Tejeda and Jose Virgen; and her brothers, Pedro Aguilar and Ascension Castaneda.
She is survived by: her children, Socorro Nunez and Yolanda Joiner; her grandchildren, Tania Nunez, Michel Joiner (Mario Pina), Dixie Stark (Tony Stark), Nicole Meyer (Corey Meyer) and Anastasia Nunez; her great grandchildren, Kenneth Stark, Mila Meyer and Addyson Stark; and her sibling Hipolito Castaneda.
