Penney of Chalmette, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on November 17, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Kimberly Penney, Randal T. Penney Jr. and Jason Penney; his granddaughter Reagan Penney; his parents, William Penney and Jane Adams Penney; and his siblings, Carol Sanchez (late Vincent), William Penney Jr. and Donald Penney.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Penney; his grandchildren, Mason Owens (Mackensie) and Ty Penney (Ashlee); his great grandchildren, Chevelle Penney and Alexander Penney; and his brothers, David Penney (Gayle) and Stephen Penney (Rose).
