He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sgier and Margaret Mary Sgier of Long Island; his brother Gerald; and his sister-in-law Ann. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his brother Peter (Janice); and his brother-in-law Johnny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
