He is survived by: his wife Norma LeBlanc Vilcan; and his stepchildren, Jane Babb (Herman), Sheryl Landry, Faye Boudreaux (Michael), Leon Atkins (Megan), Elliot Macks (Chatelaine) and Ariel Macks (Rob). He is also survived by step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
