She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Fontenot Sr.; her children, Dennis L. Fontenot Jr. (Sabrina), Melissa Faye Goforth (Jonathan), Mindy Renee Marcantel (Joey), Michelle N. McLemore (Kirby), Martha E. Laqua (Brady) and Daniel N. Fontenot (Zack); and her sisters, Ruth Lee Gwinn and Kathy Perdue.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chase Baptist Church (569 LA-3210, Chase, LA 71324). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In memory of Alice, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
