He was predeceased by: his son Brian Courville; his parents, Isaac Courville and Lillie Fuselier Courville; and his brother Earl James Courville. He is survived by: his wife Margie Revere Courville; his daughters, Jackie Deshotel (Danny), Angie Wilson (Jim) and Joy Guidry; his brother Authur Courville (Shirley); his sister-in-law Pat Courville; his grandchildren, Ryan Deshotel, Katie Deshotel (Kelli Jo Soileau) and Jonathan Bonck (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Beau, Braeden, Rhett, Duke and Jackson.
The only reason he had to put down his tourniquet and no longer draw blood was due to the first wave of Covid19 in March of 2020.
