He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin McManus and Vernie McManus (Spillers); and his brothers, Rev. Doyle McManus and Jack McManus, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Bernice McManus; his sons, Richard McManus, Sr. (Kim), David L. McManus, Jr. (Lisa), Kevin McManus, Sr. (Candy) and Eric McManus, Sr. (Shelly); and his sisters, Emily Fields, Mary Pardue, Catherine Chambliss, Becky Tolar, Deb Newman, Sue Causey, Juanita Brown and Kim Plunkett. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
