With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nolan Bourg of Chauvin, Louisiana, born in Montegut, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bourg and Wilda Dubios Bourg; and his sisters, Anabelle Ledet and Rosabelle Trexler. He is survived by: his wife Kim Bourg; his sons, Duston Bourg and Brent Hennety; his siblings, Captain Allen Bourg and Mazie Ancor; his brother-in-law Raymond Detiveaux; and his mother-in-law Virginia Detiveaux. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; followed by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Chauvin (5232 LA-56, Chauvin, LA 70344). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery - Chauvin (5232 LA-56, Chauvin, LA 70344). The military honors will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (5232 LA-56, Chauvin, LA 70344).
