He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Lapeyrouse Neil; his children, Rick Neil (Brandi), Darla Callahan (Jeremey) and Lacey Griffin (Richie); his grandchildren, Kobe Neil, Reid Neil and Brady Neil; his mother Clara Hebert Neil; and his siblings, Vicky Neil (Barry), Sheila Martin (Druis) and Kevin Neil (Ramona).
