She is survived by: her daughter Brandi Strickland (James) of West Monroe, LA; her grandchildren, Jay Strickland (Kameron) of Sterlington, LA, Mackenzie Parker (Jay) of Shreveport, LA, Chad Strickland of Searcy, AR, Connor, Caroline King of Ruston, LA, Cassidy Backus (Caleb) of Bossier, LA, Colby King (Itzel) of Henderson, TX and Camryn Averitte (Garrett) of Ruston, LA; and her great grandchildren, Samuel Strickland, Oliver, Theo Backus, Azriel King and Beck Averitte.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel (209 N Bonner St, Ruston, LA 71270). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
