He is survived by: his wife Barbara Simmons of Choudrant, LA; his children, Brad Simmons (Deana) of Arkansas, Baretta Simmons of Choudrant, LA and Angela Simmons of Benton, AR; and his sister Loretta (Eddie Lockwood) of Monroe, LA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
