He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Alice Rogers Weaver. He is survived by: his father Morris Weaver of Church Point; and his brothers, Mark Weaver (Billie) of Church Point and David Weaver (Nancy) of Fort Atkinson, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
