He is survived by: his children, Nancy V. Hayes (Scotty) of Branch, LA and Frank Jude Vautrot, Jr. (Angela) of Church Point; his grandchildren, Trey Matthew Vautrot (Makenzie) of Church Point, Morgan Dean Hayes, Alexis H. Foti (Connor) of Church Point and Taylor Madison Vautrot of Church Point; his great grandchild Emerson Foti; his brother Jerry Vautrot of Denham Springs; and his caregivers, Felicia Arceneaux, Evelena Arceneaux, Pam Benoit, Mary Ned and Delane Richard.
