He was predeceased by: his sister Laine Meche. He is survived by: his parents, James Allen "Jim" Meche, Sr. and Bridgette Clavelle Meche of Church Point; his close friend Allison Benoit of Church Point; his son Hayden Meche of Church Point; his siblings, Jamie Tauzin of Breaux Bridge, LA, Blair, Haile Meche of Church Point, Heidi Meche (Greg Tyler) of Carencro, LA and Blake Meche (Tracy) of Eyota, MN; and his godchildren, Noah, Olivia Kate and Grayson Meche. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
