He was predeceased by : his son-in-law Gregory Hebert; his parents, Clarence L. Richard and Mary Eunice C. Richard; and his sister Karen Richard. He is survived by : his wife Verlie T. Richard of Church Point; his children, Anjanette Hebert of Branch, Sarah (Larry Thibodeaux) of Lafayette and Scott (Peyton Richard) of Birmingham, AL; his stepdaughter Aviera (Dwayne LeBouef) of Crowley; his siblings, Lucretia Manuel of Lafayette, Gaynor (June Richard) of Branch and Michael (Barbara Richard) of Pineville; and his grandchildren, Denae Hebert, Andre Hebert, Abby Thibodeaux and Trey Nolan.
