Leslie Duplechain Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Duplechain (Church Point, Louisiana), who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Leslie was predeceased by : wife Elinor T. Duplechain; daughters, Linda Green and JoAnn Duplechain; grandson Donovan Green; parents, Abraham Duplechain and Eva S. Duplechain; and siblings, Columbus Duplechain, Irene Lavergne, Theresa Duplechain and Mary Durousseaux.

Leslie is survived by : children, Mary Jane Duplechain of Church Point, Gloria (Martin Moore) of Lawtell, Betty (Leroy Lewis) of Church Point, Patricia Duplechain of Church Point, Priscilla (Larry Vallo, Sr.) of Lafayette and Anthony Duplechain of Lafayette; and son-in-law Denard Green of New Orleans. Leslie is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren; host of nieces, and nephews.
