As Mary departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her children, Nannette Oliver Horne and Joseph Oliver; her parents, Joseph Larden and Irene H. Larden; and her siblings, Mary Pearl Larden, Roxanne Savoy, Rose Brown, Gerald James Larden, Irvin Joseph Larden and John Paul Larden.
She is survived by: her daughter Ranatha Larden (Walters Simpson) of Duson; and her sister Sheila Marshall of Church Point. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
