He is survived by: his daughter Sherile Smith of Jefferson, LA; his grandchildren, RoSherilen James (Bakari), Stormi Washington of Bossier City, LA, JeKailen Smith of Glendale, AZ and SeKordnei Harris of Monroe, LA; his great grandchild Zoe Rose; and his siblings, Florence Simon, Alberta Richard of Church Point, LA and Daniel Green (Barbara). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Holy Ghost Church Alumni Association (Attn: Mrs. Mary Ventress) P.O. Box 1785, Opelousas, LA 70571-1785 as a lasting tribute to Patrick's generous spirit.
