He was predeceased by: his mother Willie Mae Lavergne Olivier; and his sister Vonda Olivier Savoy. He is survived by: his wife Tina Bellard Olivier of Church Point; his children, Taylor Blair Olivier Ardoin (Andrew) of Maurice, LA, Tyler Paul Olivier of Many, LA and Blake Anthony Savant of Eunice, LA; and his father John Malcolm "Mickey" Olivier of Church Point.
