He was predeceased by : his parents, William McMillan and Helen Beaugh; his wife Claudette D. McMillan; his daughters, Linda McMillan and Rayleen Vasseur; his siblings, Mary, Helen McMillan, John, Roger, Tommy and Lou Jack McMillan; and his son-in-law Fred Thibodeaux.
He is survived by : his daughters, Cheryl Higginbotham (Gene) of Lewisburg and Tammy Thibodeaux of Lewisburg; and his son-in-law Brian Vasseur of Lewisburg. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren.
