She was predeceased by: her parent Author Meadows; her sisters, Cheryl Meadows and Paula Alzonso; her uncle William "Killer" Crooks; her grandchildren, Kaine Bailes and Brittany; her goddaughter Tina Norwood; her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Martha Goforth; and her sister-in-law Debra Books.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Goforth; her children, David Guttery III (Brigid), Donna Samuels (Robert) and Sheila Goralski (Matt); her siblings, Frankie Johnson (Nisey), Andrew Johnson (Leann), Mary Jacks, Linda Dodd (Ricky), Joyce Crooks and Janet Herrington (B. A.); her grandchildren, Alex Guttery (Chelsea), Aiden Guttery, Sophia Goralski, Ava Guttery, Annie Guttery and Danyelle Samuels; and her daughter-in-law Jessica Guttery. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Life Church of Columbia (4960 LA-4, Columbia, LA 71418).
