He was predeceased by: his parents, Claiborne John Faulk and Della Mae Broussard. He is survived by: his wife Jeri Touchet Faulk; his daughter Patti McGrath (Sean); his grandchildren, Stephen McGrath (Sarah), Bethany McGrath and Matthew McGrath; his great grandchildren, Madison McGrath and Levi McGrath; and his siblings, Donald Faulk, James Faulk, Thomas Faulk, John Faulk and Marissa Faulk Moss.
