He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Gardner and Robert Gardner; and his nephew Tyler Roach. He is survived by: his wife Julie Metcalf Gardner; his stepson Dustin Logue (Farin); his siblings, Bruce Gardner (Heather) and Pat Rust (Alan); his nephew Chris West (Brock); his grandchildren, Adalyn, Sutton and AnnClaire Logue; and his nibling Rusty Maples. He is also survived by brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws.
