Samuel Collins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samuel Collins of Clinton, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lloyd Collins; and his cousin Jacob Lawrence McGuff. He is survived by: his parents, Sammy Collins and Hollie Collins; his sister Lily Ann Collins; his grandparents, James, Alice Bass and Carol Collins; and his great-grandparent Nila Dixon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. (4230 High St, Zachary, LA 70791). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
