It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Ward of Clinton, Louisiana, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Walter Ward; her parents, Mary Louise Colvin and Jack Colvin; and her brother Milton Leon Colvin. She is survived by: her children, Pedie Fanestiel (Stephen), Edna Burch (Brian), Tawana Dedon (Allen) and Charles Ward (Renee); her brother Albert Colvin (Martha); and her grandchildren, Brent Dedon, Andrew Dedon, Donna Parker, Shane Parker (Shylah), Brian Keith Burch Jr., Daniel Paul Burch, Matthew Leet Dedon of Allen James and Charles Ward "Booter" Jr.. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
