He was predeceased by: his parents, Philemon Frisbie and Fern Frisbie. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Felps Frisbie; his children, Adam Frisbie (Angelina Giovanna Frisbie), Tom Craig Frisbie, Jr., Todd Allen Frisbie, Bobbie Jo Frisbie and Samantha Adams; and his brother Lloyd Charles Frisbie (Mable). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
