It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Masson of Cloutierville, Louisiana, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John A. Masson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde "Tootie" H. Masson, Sr. and Emma Richter Masson; and his brother Samuel A. Masson. He is survived by : his wife Donna Martin Masson; his children, Janna Maggio (Henry) and Jeff Masson (Monica); his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Maggio, H. Vincent Maggio, III (Elizabeth), Samuel A. Maggio, Joseph H. Maggio, John Daniel Masson, Jackson A. Masson and Laruen Jane Masson; and his brother Clyde H. Masson, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

“Dear Masson family, so sorry to hear about your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jeff for several years, who always told me the best stories about Mr. John. These stories made me quickly realize how great of a man John was, as well as a father and grandfather. I know Mr. John will be missed, and I’ll be keeping the entire Masson family in my prayers during this time. My sincerest condolences, Sean”
