He is survived by: his wife Pat Futrell; his children, Curtis Futrell, Jami Futrell, Jeremiah Futrell, Zyanna Chelette, Betsy Ehrman and Tyler Ehrman; his siblings, George Futrell (Lynette), Jim Futrell, Nelson Futrell (Janet), Monroe Futrell, Jr., Alice Chelette, Janie Barker and Nancy Sandifer; and his sister-in-law Janice Futrell. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
