She was predeceased by: her mother Carrie Ann Collins; and her grandparents, Earl, Doretha Foust, Dan and Mildred Collins.
She is survived by: her father Jimmy B. Collins of Pollock La; her children, Joseph L Ward, Jana Ward and Crystal Cross Toribio (Joshua); and her grandchildren, Joseph, Eli Salmon, Natlie, Lauren Perkins and Ryan Toribio.
A graveside service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the BIG Creek Cemetery (1255 Dyson Creek Rd, Pollock, LA 71467).
