He is survived by: his wife Esther Purvis Oglesby of Colfax; his children, William Trent Oglesby, Gary Allen Oglesby, Vance LaCaze (Ashley), Renee Deese (Lynn), Janice Hosey (Lamar) and Eva Baxley; and his siblings, Mary Jo Sammons (Carroll), Betty Mae Lashley, Joseph Earl Oglesby (Barbara) and Huey Oglesby (Penny). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
