She is survived by: her friend Kim Marie Collins; her husband William Collins; her children, Cody Collins, Patrick Panzica, Casey Collins (Lacy), Rebecca Walker and Melissa Perry (Jimmy); and her siblings, T. John Hall (Andrea), Kevin Deville (Sarah), Randall Holt (Christine), Troy Holt, Ricky Holt, Chris Holt, Elisa Bermudez (Francisco) and Elonda Deville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
