He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Miller (Caitlin), Ashley Evans (Will), Cheril Brett (Yancy), Becky Adams (Heath) and Carrie; his close friend Anna O'Bier; his siblings, Sandra Thomas, Betty Street (Jerry) and John Miller (Cheryl); his brother-in-law Dennis Carney (Tina); his grandchildren, Tucker, Wyatt, Luke, Jameson, Michael, Emmagail, Destiny, Will, Drew, Zach, Chad, Roarke and Hunter Sikes; and his great grandchild Bo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
