He was predeceased by : his father James Michael Moore; his grandmother Alice Moore; his great-uncle Neil Taylor; his grandparents, Hilma Hammett and Frank Gipson; and his stepsister Carrie LaNae Hodges.

He is survived by : his mother Carol Gipson Moore (Lewis); his wife Tracy Moore; his stepmother Susie Moore; his sisters, Genise Shepard and Lan MaGaha; his nieces, Keisha Danielle Meredith, Hanna, Cara and Kinadee Meredith; his nephew Wyatt Meredith; and his close friends, Robert Tatum and Billy Johnson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riser Funeral Homes (7131 US-165, Columbia, LA 71418). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mt Rose Mcgee Cemetery.
