She is survived by : her children, Amanda Chambers (Sammy), Amber Perot (Matt), Lethey Perot (Kevin) and Nathan Perot (Amy); her siblings, Butch Tolbert and Dianne Pitre; her grandchildren, Kylan Chambers, Kullen Chambers, Jaylen Chambers, Hannah Chambers (Teddy), Kyson Knight, Rayleigh Knight, Austin Barfoot and Zachary Barfoot; and her great grandchild Ava Ray Hartley.
