He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jose Candelario Hernandez; and his uncles, Mario Barajas and Jose Leure Torres Barajas. He is survived by: his parents, Hector Hernandez Gonzales and Yahaira Barajas Mondragon; his sister Gretel Hernandez of Columbia, Louisiana; his grandparents, Mireya Mondragon Sanchez, Gerardo Barajas and Maria Elena Gonzalez of Mexico; and his aunts, Arely Barajas (Rafael Corcolis) of Mexico and Maritza Barajas (Valentin Huante) of Grady.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel (302 E Lincoln St, Hamburg, AR 71646). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1138 S Main St, Hamburg, AR 71646).
