He is survived by : his sons, Jerry Jr. (Monica), Jamie (Theresa), Jeffery (Morgan) and Jon (Janna); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jada, Jared (Ainslie), Jenna (Blake), Jackson, Jolie, Jude and Jack Henry; and his great grandchildren, John Oliver, Anderson, Eloise and Jax.
