It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Glen Howard Sr. (Columbia, Louisiana), born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, David Fulton Howard and Dorothy Merrit Howard; his uncle Cecil Howard; his wife Laura L. Howard of Jena; his children, Jerry Howard, Jr. (Carissa) of Tampa and Laura Renee Howard of Fort Necessity; and his sister Norma Ray Spillers of Monroe, LA. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
