He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Dianne Bleakley Jones; his children, Myron Malarcher, Carlton Jones, Jr. (Ebonee), Rashann Jones, Tahrike Jones, A'kira Jones and Sarah Jones; his stepchildren, Brandon Bleakley (Brianna) and Elaina Ruiz; his grandchildren, K'Syn Jones, Caleb Jones and Brynnleigh Bleakley; his parents, Edith Benn Jones and Johnel Felton, Sr.; and his siblings, Patricia Claiborne (Clifford), Robert Jones (Carla), Pamela LeBlanc (Anthony), Veronica Jones, Paula Adams (Alfred), Lynell Ross (Robert), Taurus Jones, Sheila Fredicks (Kent), Lynell Nelson (Marc), Roxanne Vancourt, Tiffany Lane, Johnell Felton (Maxx), Kylon Felton (Natasha), Dwanna Felton and Jason Jones. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (6476 LA-44, Convent, LA 70723). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at the St. Michael Cemetery (6484 LA-44, Convent, LA 70723).
