He is survived by: his sister Sharon Yannarella (Tom); his brother-in-law Thomas Gresham; and his children, Cindy Tingle (Virgil), Jimmy Carter (Terri), Richy Carter (Susan), Scott Carter and Jamie Carter. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
