He was predeceased by: his father Solan Procell; and his sister Wanda Laraine Procell. He is survived by: his mother Julia Ebarb Procell; his wife Candy Procell; his stepdaughter Stephanie Netherland (David); his siblings, Barbara Saurette, Gloria Simpson, Annice Greer, Ronnie Procell (Jeanne Nell), Kenneth Procell, Solan Rodney Procell and Stanley Procell (Glenda); and his grandsons, Emerson Grace Ford, Winston Graham Netherland and Weston Hayes Netherland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
