She was predeceased by : her husband Joe "Bully" Sinclair; and her mother-in-law Lily Sinclair. She is survived by : her children, Joe Neal Sinclair Jr. of Baton Rouge, LA, Patrick Sinclair of Cabot, AR, Beth Heilman (Paul) of Evergreen, CO and Elaine Wilson (Tom) of Biloxi, MS; her grandchildren, Megan Elizabeth Brown (Keith), Joe Buehring, Jarrod Heilman (Erin), Emily Ciaravino (Michael), Lily Sinclair, Sam Sinclair, Anna Sinclair and Emma Sinclair; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Beau, Noah, Carole, Ellie and Jett.
