He was predeceased by: his daughter Kenya D. Hanson; his parents, Ray Hanson and Virginia Hanson; his children, April Hanson Sims (Anthony) of West Monroe, LA and David Hanson (Tiffany) of Cotton Valley, LA.; and his wife Jeanette Waller Hanson.
He is survived by: his grandchild Abby Sims Johnson (Bailey); his great grandchild Vivian Denise Johnson of West Monroe, LA; and his siblings, Ronnie Hanson of Cotton Valley, Peggy Hanson of Cotton Valley and Sherry Kirkland (Perry) of Altus, OK. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and close friends.
