He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Brouillette and Lynell Brouillette; and his brother Charles "Ben" Brouillette. He is survived by: his daughter Sandi; his son-in-law Lee Worley; his grandsons, Leighton and Jimmy Worley; and his siblings, Susan Lachney and Tommy Brouillette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
