He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Gauthier and Beverly Gauthier. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Gauthier; his children, Kristy Dauzat (Blaine), Mandy Stevenson (James) and Jake Gauthier (Summer); his siblings, Pierre Gauthier (Deborah) and Addie Jo Cook (Fred); and his granddaughters, Haley Dauzat and Morgan Gauthier.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Mary's Assumption School.
