He was predeceased by : his wife Alberta Dortlon; his sons, Stanley Ray Dortlon and Shelley Palmer; his great grandchild Larry Lester; and his siblings, J. C. Dortlon, Elsie Almond, Adalee Elliott, Mae C. Hall and Mildred Perot.
He is survived by : his daughters, Charlotte Williams (Jimmy Wayne) and Cynthia Ann Dortlon; and his sister Verlie Pardee. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and a number of other relatives and friends.
