He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee "Skrub" Mangham, Jr. and Martha Wilson Mangham. He is survived by: his wife Paula Kivisto Eagan Mangham; his daughters, Page Knapp, Paula Mitra (Sid) and Celia Mangham; his stepson Patrick Eagan (Tambra); his grandchildren, Sthir, Pranab, Surya, Connor, Caleb and McKenzie; and his siblings, Carol Mangham Golemon and Jim Mangham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as his extended family.
