He is survived by: his wife Colleen Ducarpe Carter; his children, Brian Carter (Victoria), Neil Carter, Shane Carter, Stefanie Bertram (Brooks), Ashley Brulet (Bobby) and Michelle Lay Patterson; his grandchildren, Paige Bertram, Brooks Bertram, Olivia Brulet, Ella Brulet, Jaxon Patterson and Remy Patterson; and his sister Ruby Evans. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
