She was predeceased by: her grandmother Heather Zapalowski; and her great-grandparents, Joseph Hughes, Bernard Jeffries and Gerald Hughes. She is survived by: her parents, Tyler Hughes and Mackenzie Hughes of Covington, LA.; her grandparents, Rebecca Jeffries Abadie (Chip), Matthew Hughes (Kathy) and Steven Hughes (Elizabeth); her stepgrandparents, Shawn Conner and Starr Duhe; her great-grandparents, Shirley Jeffries, Helen Hughes, Patricia Hughes, Ronald and Beverly Zapalowski; her aunts and uncles, Levi Hughes, Caleb Jeffries Hyman, Isabella and Gabriella Hughes; and her stepaunts and stepuncles, Allie Jenkins, Lily, Cade Murchison, Bryden and Brennan Couste.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Covington (203 N Jefferson Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
