He is survived by: his children, Bernard Isaac Penn Jr. and Victoria Lauren Penn; his wife Melodie Penn; his daughter Keitisha Young; his grandchildren, Adia Rascoe, Brianna, Kennedi, Keith III, Kenyslei Young and Vanessa Dotson; his great grandchildren, Brielle Young and Jameson Rascoe; his mother-in-law Helen Alexander; his siblings, Johnny Lee, Willester, Robert, Earl, Melvin (Glenis), Carey Penn, Shekinah Muhammad, Linda Young (Fred), Irma McClain, Barbara Penn and Marylyn Jackson (James); his uncle Robert Lee Oden; his aunts, Willie Mae Colbert and Ida Muhammad; his brothers-in-law, Sandy (Tsehay), Brian (Stacey), Percy (Pam), Adrian (Donna) and Deon Alexander; and his cousin Alfreda Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
